According to the rumors, Apple is expected to launch the new iPhone 13 series this coming September. That’s pretty much what we’ve come to expect over the years, but for those hoping to hear about any other products before the iPhone 13 is launched, you might want to temper your expectations.

This is according to Mark Gurman’s latest Power On newsletter in which he writes, “For Apple, all attention is on the fall, so the next several weeks are destined to be light on product news. We’re about three months away from the next iPhone and Apple Watch models going on sale—along with the releases of iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and watchOS 8, so stay tuned for plenty of news on those after the summer doldrums.”

There have been rumors that Apple is working on new AirPods and new Mac computers, and while they are believed to launch this year, just don’t expect them to be announced ahead of the iPhone event. To be fair, we can’t say that this is too surprising. This is because Apple’s next event after WWDC is usually the iPhone event.

The company does announce new products via press releases every now and then, but presumably Gurman’s report covers press releases as well. Either way, it’s something we’ll just have to sit back and wait and see.
