Ever wanted a tattoo but weren’t sure if you’re ready for something so permanent? Curious about a design you’re interested in but not sure if it’s suited for you or where you plan to place it on your body? Short of photoshopping the tattoo onto yourself, Prinker offers up a real-world alternative.

Now, it should be noted that there are a ton of temporary tattoo designs and stickers out there, but the problem is that you need to buy these stickers, wait for them to ship to you, and if you place it wrongly you’ll need to buy it again. Prinker solves that problem because it acts as a portable printer that lets you download and print tattoo designs onto your skin directly.

The device comes with an accompanying app that lets you browse a library of designs that you can then download to the Prinker device itself, and when you’ve chosen your design, simply spray the skin primer onto the part of the body you want to ink it on, and then run the Prinker over the body part and you’re done!

It’s pretty cool if you’re looking to try out temporary tattoos. It could even be fun at parties for people to decorate themselves, like a more adult version of face painting. If you’re keen, you can check it out at Prinker’s website.
