Samsung will showcase its latest kitchen innovations at CES 2024, featuring enhanced AI and SmartThings connectivity to create a comprehensive food and kitchen ecosystem — The 2024 Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ leads the lineup, equipped with the new AI Vision Inside feature.
The new tech includes a smart internal camera recognizing items in and out of the refrigerator, utilizing ‘Vision AI’ to identify up to 33 different fresh food items; Users can manually add expiration date information on the Family Hub+ screen, and the refrigerator sends alerts for items nearing expiration.

The Anyplace Induction Cooktopn(with a 7” LCD screen) complements the ecosystem offering efficient and borderless heating of pots and pans using Samsung’s induction sheet coil technology.
The Samsung Food application, accessible on the Family Hub+, Anyplace Induction Cooktop, and Slide-in Range, introduces AI-powered features like ‘Personalize’ for adapting recipes to dietary requirements and ‘Image-to-Recipe’ for recognizing meals and ingredients in photographs.

The Family Hub+ screen, acting as a center point, incorporates the Fridge Manager feature for monitoring the water filter status and enables easy purchase of replacements. The AI-driven Bespoke refrigerator and Samsung Food connect with Samsung Health, suggesting healthy recipes based on users’ health information.
The Tap View feature allows users to mirror their Galaxy smartphones to the Family Hub+ screen, enhancing convenience. With a focus on providing superior kitchen experiences, Samsung aims to expand its AI-based food ecosystem for users.
