Govee has introduced a new generation of smart lighting products at IFA 2026, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI), personalization, and integration with smart home ecosystems. The company announced new solutions for indoor and outdoor environments, including ceiling lighting, decorative LED strips, and permanent exterior lighting.
One of the highlights is the Govee Sky Ceiling Light (announced during CES 2026), described as an AI-powered, mood-responsive ceiling light designed for everyday use. The product incorporates Govee’s Vitality Spectrum Technology, featuring a 478nm sky-blue wavelength, while its NaturalTone Algorithm supports adjustable white light from 1,000K to 10,000K. It can deliver up to 7,000 lumens with a CRI of 95. The light also includes low-glare and flicker-free features, Matter compatibility, and DaySync technology for automatic adjustments based on time and weather.
Govee COB Strip Light 2 Pro
For decorative lighting, Govee introduced the COB Strip Light 2 Pro, which uses the AI Lighting Bot 2.0 to generate customized lighting scenes from voice or text prompts. The strip features 1,344 LEDs and 16 ICs per meter, combined with a triple-layer groove design intended to provide smooth, hotspot-free illumination. RGBWWIC technology, the LuminBlend+ color engine, and a 1,000K–10,000K color temperature range provide additional customization options.
The company is also launching the Govee COB Strip Light 2, which brings spot-free illumination and AI-powered lighting capabilities to a more accessible model within the lineup.
Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2 Pro
For outdoor applications, the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2 Pro introduces a dual-layer illumination system with independently controlled lighting zones. This allows different colors and effects to be displayed simultaneously, enabling customized gradients and architectural lighting across areas such as eaves, facades, and decks. The system features an IP68 waterproof rating, Matter compatibility, and integration with Alexa and Google Home.
In the US, the Govee Sky Ceiling Light is priced at $399.99, while the COB Strip Light 2 Pro costs $169.99 (5M) or $99.99 (2M), and the COB Strip Light 2 is priced at $169.99 (10M), $99.99 USD (5M), or $79.99 (3M).
