T-Mobile's Nokia Lumia 710 Will Be Missing Windows Phone 7.8 Update [Updated]
As we’ve noted a few times in the past, the fact that Windows Phone 7.x devices are getting passed over for the Windows Phone 8 update is most certainly a pet peeve of current Windows Phone 7.x owners. Microsoft attempted to make up for it with a Windows Phone 7.8 update and while that might appease some users, it looks like if you’re a T-Mobile subscriber with a Nokia Lumia […]

Nokia Lumia 710 gets Dark Knight Rises covers
The Dark Knight Rises might not have the pre-movie hype of Heath Ledger’s death, but I am quite sure that this particular movie is still going to be a hit at the box office this summer. As to whether it is capable of breaking box office records, that remains to be seen, but we do know that Nokia has teamed up with the Dark Knight to release Dark Knight Rises […]

Nokia Lumia 710 to receive Internet sharing capability with Windows Phone 7.5 Tango?
Nokia seems to have hit it big with their Nokia Lumia range of smartphones that are powered by the Windows Phone operating system, and just like any other device out there in the market, there is no such thing as a perfect device. After all, you will obviously need some “flaws” here and there, or shortcomings even, so that the next version of the device which you release will be […]

Nokia Lumia 710, 800 and 900 to get tethering as well
Earlier today we reported about the Nokia Lumia 610 having the ability to tether – something that the “higher-end” Lumia 710 and Lumia 800 phones can’t do. Well it looks like it was just an oversight on Nokia’s part. According to a new Q&A post on the Nokia web page, those aforementioned phones will have the option to tether in the future via a software update. It wasn’t mentioned when […]

Tattoo artist will tattoo your Nokia Lumia 710
Unlike its higher-end siblings, the Nokia Lumia 800 and 900, the Lumia 710 isn’t exactly the most unique or eye-catching in terms of design, but if you’re looking to make your Lumia 710 stand out from the crowd, then perhaps tattooing your phone might be a good way to start.

Nokia Lumia 710 call behavior problem fix coming
Nokia’s recently released Lumia 710 is deemed to be the lesser sibling of the Finnish phone manufacturer’s first outing with the Windows Phone platform, but that does not mean the Lumia 710 is a performance slouch. No sir, it does have its fair share of pros as you can read in our review, but that does not mean it is the perfect phone. The Nokia Lumia 710 too, has a […]

Microsoft has been pushing the speed of Windows Phone a lot recently, with its most recent stint being at CES 2012 where Ben the PC guy’s Windows Phone Challenge. You ubergeeks reading this will think the Nokia Lumia 710 running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, announced this morning and scheduled to go on sale from T-Mobile January 11 for $49.99 with a two-year deal, is lame. And, from a superficial spec point of view, you’d probably be right, especially when it’s compared to the recent rash of Android LTE superphones.

While the FCC filing happened on […]
