C103 GPS E-Care Hub

GroupSense of Hong Kong has developed the C103 GPS E-Care Hub that was specially designed for patient tracking. While this isn’t exactly big brother technology, it helps care givers keep track of their patients remotely (more work even when you’re away from home), featuring GPS tracking as well as server-side features including geo-fencing, A-GPS for easier indoor tracking and a panic key that activates the voice monitor thanks to the GSM module. In addition, you will also find crucial features such as fall detection, pedometer and the ability to communicate with other health sensors to keep tabs on the patient from afar. No idea on how much this will cost though.
