MSI Wind U123 runs on Windows 7

MSI’s Wind U123 holds the distinction of being the first netbook from the stable which is powered by Windows 7 Starter Edition, finally moving on from Windows XP. The hardware is the same as the U123 that you can find in the market for the past few months already, which will include an Intel Atom N280 1.6GHz processor, a 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM and a 10.2″ display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. Nice to see MSI throw in a 9 cell, 7800mAh battery that ought to make it last for a decent amount of time before you need a trip to the nearest power outlet.
