Babel Fisk glasses helps the deaf to understand real-times speech

In order to bridge the gap between the hard of hearing and hearing people, sign language comes in handy to get the message across in a conversation. With the Babel Fisk glasses, however, it will reduce the need to learn up sign language since this pair of glasses are able to project text of spoken words onto the lenses from within itself in real-time. Of course, such technology isn’t available just yet since it is a concept from Danish designer Mads Hindhede. This concept will include microphones that have been built into the frame to pick up the voice of a person in your line of sight, where an embedded speech-to-text program will then get to work and create the relevant text for display. Of course, we do hope that the accuracy is of the highest level so that no miscommunication occurs.
