Rumor: 7-Inch And 9.7-inch iPad To Arrive In 2011

We’ve been hearing rumors of a new smaller 7-inch iPad recently, and now Digitimes has some possible specifications of the device. According to them, Apple will be launching an upgraded 9.7-inch iPad using a new ARM Cortex-A9-based processor with 512MB of RAM in Q1 of 2011, along with a 7-inch iPad using a similar processor and an IPS panel that sports a resolution of 1024 x 768. Aside from the iPad, it’s been said that the CDMA iPhone will begin production in December, and will be supplied to Verizon Wireless and China Telecom. The CDMA iPhone will apparently have a metal backplate and sport an integrated antenna.
