Looks like the ad that ran early on the Rolling Stones magazine was accurate. The HTC Inspire 4G for AT&T has gone official, and there’s good news and bad news attached to this phone. In case you’re wondering what bad news could be associated with a 4G phone, it’s the fact that the phone will be compatible with AT&T’s HSPA+ 4G network, but it will not be compatible with the carrier’s LTE 4G network. The Inspire 4G features juicy specifications such as a 4.3-inch display, Android 2.2 Froyo, Sense UI, 8-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash and support for HTCSense.com. The HTC Inspire 4G will be launched in the first half of 2011, though pricing hasn’t been mentioned just yet.
