[CES 2011] How many radios out there do you see that are Powered by Google’s Android OS? The Asteroid by Parrot does just that, though, cramming in the Android OS and offering you three USB ports that allow you to hook up other devices, including a 3G card or GPS USB device. You’ll be able to play music from a variety of sources, such as MP3 players (via USB) or SD cards. Parrot Maps is a service that might be of interest to you, offering turn-by-turn navigation and also traffic and construction alerts. Thanks to the Bluetooth connectivity, you also get voice dialing and hands-free calling, not to mention voice-activated artist search. Pricing wasn’t mentioned yet, but it should be arriving in the US sometime in Q2 this year.
