Dolphin PlayBookBlackBerry PlayBook users who have been waiting patiently for the Dolphin Browser to arrive on their tablet should be ecstatic that the day has finally arrived. Dolphin announced today that the browser which was only on iOS and Android previously is now available on the BlackBerry PlayBook. The browser arrives at version 7.2 which means users get to use the Webzine features as well as custom Gesture-enabled browsing on the tablet.

Other staple features of Dolphin are all there: page layouts, speed dial, tabbed browsing, the SideBar and more. Dolphin Browser is available for free now on the BlackBerry App World. If you’ve been looking for an alternative browser to the default one, you might want to give Dolphin a shot if you’ve never tried it before. Who knows, it might end up being your favorite browser on the tablet?
