The Motorola Droid 4 has been out for a couple of months over at Verizon Wireless already, happily surfing along the carrier’s 4G LTE network since then, and it is set to receive the first update since then. This update will obviously introduce changes to the Motorola Droid 4 for the better, where the main culprit of poor battery life has been fixed, in addition to the keyboard’s backlight being improved as well as a more stable Wi-Fi connection. Apart from that, the 18MB update will also carry a bunch of other fixes which will obviously introduces changes for the better. You can opt to install it manually, as the update has yet to roll out officially just yet. Has anyone given their Motorola Droid 4 a boost with the new update, and how do you like your smartphone now? You need not have to root your device to perform the manual installation, since this is the real deal and not some shady ROM.
