There is nothing quite like having bits and pieces of information that the world is clamoring after, and carrying that smug look around. GameStop is in this enviable position concerning the next generation Xbox console from Microsoft, and the GameStop president did say, “We also have knowledge of the second console, but I’d rather that be out in the public before we discuss our digital goals for 2014.”
It seems that Microsoft has spilled the proverbial beans on its next-generation Xbox console with some top level executives at US retailer GameStop, and the firm’s president further shared, “The problem is that we just – we have one console [PlayStation 4], and we have some knowledge that we can share, more knowledge that we can’t. We also have knowledge of the second console, but I’d rather that, that be out in the public before we discuss our digital goals for 2014.” We do know that exciting times are ahead for console gamers, but just how will the next generation Xbox 360 shape up against the Sony PS4?
