There are many messaging apps available on a variety of platforms, some are exclusive like BBM and iMessage, and for a while Samsung’s ChatOn was limited to Samsung Android and Windows Phone devices, but the good news is that if you have friends using the app but you’re on a Windows Phone device, Samsung has decided to release the app for Windows Phone smartphones as well. The app is apparently in use by over 100 million people around the world, so you should not have any problems finding someone who uses the app. As expected this is more or less your standard messaging app where you can chat with friends and create group chats, share multimedia files such as photos, videos and the likes.
