Telltale Games is going to have quite the busy year in 2014 as they will be in the middle of release episodic content for The Walking Dead season two as well as working on The Wolf Among Us and the new Game of Thrones game. They’re going to be even busier now that they will also be working on episodic content for a new Borderlands game.

Tales from the Borderlands is expected to explore and expand on the stories of characters from the Borderlands series, both new and old. Many of us have grown to love many of the characters from the Borderlands series, so an episodic game from Telltale Games to further explore some of the series’ characters is a very welcome addition.

Tales from the Borderlands is expected to premiere digitally on PC, Mac, “home consoles” and mobile devices. Just like with their Game of Thrones announcement, Telltale has yet to announce which home consoles they’ll be releasing Tales from Borderlands onto.

We’re sure Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 would be in the list of “home consoles” they’d release their games on, so hopefully Telltale Games can make their games compatible with the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 since we’re sure once the holidays pass, there are going to be a lot of next-gen console owners out there.
