We did take the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini out for a spin earlier this month, and came away rather impressed by certain aspects of the handset, although it will obviously be unable to live up to the full fledged model’s namesake in terms of performance and features. Well, the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is back in the news again today, as it happens to be the very first smartphone from AT&T which will sport HD Voice capability.

This is made possible thanks to enabling Voice Over LTE, and starting from May 23rd onward, one will be able to pay a visit to AT&T’s online store or drop by an AT&T store location in order to pick up the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini in either Black Mist or Valentine Pink shades without having to fork out a single cent. Apart from that, you will also be able to purchase it for $14.24 on Next 18 or $18.50 on Next 12, with the entire device costing $49.99 when it is accompanied by a two-year agreement.

This makes the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini the very first device on AT&T’s product roster that will make use of HD Voice, ensuring you enjoy crystal clear conversations, reduced background noise, and the ability to talk even as you surf the Internet, now how about that? [Press Release]
