Custom ROMs are the next step and developers are working on them. Those who want to flash a custom ROM on their device would need to unlock the bootloader first, and this custom toolkit makes it much easier to unlock LG G Watch bootloader.

Simply called the LG G Watch Tool, this toolkit has been developed by a recognized developer of the XDA community. It is compatible with PCs running Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. It comes in at around 135MB and brings a handful of features.

Other features include restoring the device if it gets bricked, rooting it, flashing stock boot image and flashing the stock recovery. The Tool can also be used to install and test the necessary drivers for the LG G Watch.
