Nikon-D750-filmmaker-kitBack in the day if you wanted to record video, you’d have to turn to a dedicated video camera. This meant that if you wanted both photos and videos, you’d need to bring two devices with you which can be rather bulky and troublesome. However DSLRs these days are more than capable of capturing excellent video, but if you wanted to take your photography to the next level, Nikon has recently announced the Nikon D750 Filmmaker’s Kit.

Basically the filmmaker’s kit contains the Nikon D750 camera which was announced last year. However it will also come with additional lenses and accessories that will help budding filmmakers out who aren’t sure what kind of equipment they might need in order to take their filmmaking to the next level.

We should note that these lenses and accessories can be bought separately and are sold separately, however if you were to buy it as a Filmmaker’s Kit, you would save yourself about $650 in the process.

The entire bundle will cost $4,000 and will come with the Nikon D750 body, an AF-S Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G ED lens, an AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.8G lens, an AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G lens, two additional EN-EL15 batteries, a ME-1 stereo microphone, one Atomos Ninja-2 external recorder, Tiffen 67mm and 58mm variable neutral density filters 8-Stops, and custom foam inserts that will help with transportation. The Filmmaker’s Kit is expected to be available later this month.
