xperia z4 digitizerThe Sony Xperia Z4 might not necessarily have the same hype as the Samsung Galaxy S6 did prior (and after) its launch, but the handset has its fair share of fans. Recently we saw an alleged leaked render of the handset make its way online, and now thanks to a new leak, the Xperia Z4’s LCD digitizer has made its way online as well, along with some of its specs like its display size and resolution.

From what we can tell of the LCD digitizer, it seems to be more or less in line with the earlier leaked images, but then again it probably wouldn’t be too hard to fake an image like that so be sure to take it with a grain of salt for now. As for its display size, the rumors are suggesting we could be looking at a 5.2-inch display and a QHD resolution.

This is in line with earlier rumors and its screen size would also put it along the lines of the Xperia Z3 which also had a 5.2-inch display, albeit with a Full HD resolution. Other rumored specs of the handset include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and will see the handset rely on Sony’s IMX230 image sensor with real-time HDR and phase detection autofocus.

The Xperia Z4 will be announced later this year although Sony has yet to provide us with any concrete dates, but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled all the same.
