oneplus-2-review-11If you have been eagerly looking forward to the OnePlus 2, you might be interested to learn that according to the company, the handset has officially gone on sale. This means that starting from today, you will be able to buy the handset for yourself, although it should be noted that you will need an invite in order to purchase it.

According to OnePlus, the purchase times will begin at 4PM HKT, 10AM CEST, 9AM BST, 4AM ET, 1AM PT, and 4PM IST on the 11th of August, which is today, so you might want to keep an eye out in your email’s inbox for the invite if you have reserved one for yourself. If you haven’t, fret not as we can only assume that it will be heading your way eventually as the list gets shorter.

That being said, OnePlus has reminded customers that those living overseas such as in North America, Taiwan, EU, Hong Kong, and India that there will be different processing times. You might recall that the company had initially noted that for North American markets there would be an extended delay of 10-15 days, versus the rest of the world where we are looking at 3-5 business days.

If you have yet to reserve an invite for yourself, we suggest that you pop on over to OnePlus’ website and reserve one, because according to the latest numbers, it is sitting at over 3.5 million so you could be in for a wait.
