moto x forceIt looks like those of us out there who are keen to get our hands around the new Motorola X Force, which is also known as the Droid Turbo 2, will be pleased to know that there is a new rumor going around that cites how the handset will be revealed on an official basis this coming 15th of October. Not only that, Verizon is also said to roll out the device in a fortnight’s time from there, which would mean Verizon subscribers can get theirs on the 29th of October.

Even more interesting is the very real possibility that should this rumor be true, then the handset will be made available via Moto Maker, hence giving this device the stature of being the maiden Verizon Droid handset to carry such an honor.

Other details from the leak also point to a 5.4” shatter-proof QHD display, a Snapdragon 810 SoC, a 21MP shooter right at the back, a 5MP selfie camera, 3GB of RAM, a choice of either 32GB or 64GB of internal memory, a 3,760 mAh battery and Android 5.1 Lollipop as the mobile operating system of choice. Any takers for this particular handset? It looks set to be quite the winner in terms of hardware, actually.
