Come 29th of September, Google will officially announce the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P, or at least that’s what we’re hoping will happen. Now we have heard many rumors regarding the Nexus 5X, but in case you wanted more details or perhaps some kind of “confirmation” of the video, you’re in luck.
Thanks to a listing on Amazon India (via PhoneArena), several specs of the upcoming handset has been revealed. According to the listing, it suggests that the Nexus 5X will feature a 12.3MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. There is also the listing of its 5.2-inch display with a Full HD resolution.
It is also listed to come with a 2,700mAh battery and will be powered by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm MSM8992 chipset with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. For the most part it seems like the listed specs on Amazon lines up with the earlier rumors, save for the battery which was previously rumored as a 2,300mAh battery.
In any case it is possible that the specs listed by Amazon is only a placeholder, meaning that Amazon could also be basing it off the rumors themselves. However given Amazon’s reputation, we wouldn’t be surprised if they got some first-hand information, but either way check back with us next Tuesday for the details.
