samsung logoIt is no secret that Samsung and Apple are bitter rivals in the mobile space, and now it looks like the South Korean tech giant has come up with a new promotion that could potentially steal customers away from Apple, at least customers who are price sensitive. The company’s new promotion (via Business Insider) will basically see them pay your monthly phone installments.

According to the promotion, customers who are iPhone owners looking to switch to a Samsung device, Samsung has offered to throw in a $100 Google Play gift card on top of the monthly installment plan that they will pay for you. However this installment plan repayment is capped at $120 and will only be until the end of the year.

Basically what this means is that you will get, at the most, $120 knocked off your Samsung smartphone which is still pretty decent. However this offer only applies to the company’s high-end handsets like the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, and the Galaxy S6 Edge+.

You will also need to be either on T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, or US Cellular. Sorry, AT&T customers. For those coming from other Android devices, the promotion is the same, you just won’t get the extra $100 Google Play gift card. If you’d like to sign up, pre-registrations has begun and will be valid until the 9th of October.
