lg_g5_leak_1Last week thanks to some diagrams that surfaced online, we might have gotten a look at what the LG G5 could look like. However it seems that those diagrams have since been brought to life, thanks to the folks at Droid-Life who managed to get their hands on alleged photos of the upcoming handset.

As you can see, it phone certainly looks like what we saw in the diagrams last week, plus they also seem to match what CNET had mocked up not too long ago. That being said, these photos don’t necessarily tell the whole story as the phone appears to be in some kind of dummy case, presumably to protect the design in the event of leaks or while used in public.

However certain things are similar to what we’ve seen previously, such as its alleged dual camera design, and the circular cutout at the back of the phone which we can only assume is where a fingerprint sensor might go. Other than that it is admittedly rather difficult to make out the overall design of the phone.

There has been talks about the phone sporting a slide-out battery, but once again it’s hard to tell from these photos. In any case LG is holding a press conference at MWC 2016 next month, so presumably that is when the official details will be revealed, so do check back with us then for more updates.
