It has consistently been rumored over the past couple of weeks that Apple is going to conduct an event in mid-March to unveil several new products. It’s expected to launch the iPad Air 3, the 4 inch iPhone 5se as well as a refreshed bands for the Apple Watch at the March event. According to a new report, Apple is likely to hold this event on March 15th.

Citing unnamed sources, 9to5Mac reports that the iPad Air 3, iPhone 5se and the new Apple Watch band options will be unveiled by the company on March 15th, while pointing out the possibility that the date could change or Apple may just go with an online announcement for all of these products. In that case there won’t be an event, Apple will announce all of these products via a simple press release.

Many are looking forward to the iPad Air 3, the first proper update to the 9.7 inch tablet since the iPad Air 2 arrived in October 2014. The new tablet is expected to borrow some features from the iPad Pro like the Smart Connector and it’s said that iPad Air 3 might even have a rear flash.

The smaller 4 inch iPhone has already been rumored for a very long time. Rumor has it that it will replace iPhone 5s in the lineup and will feature the new A9 processor with better cameras and support for Apple Pay with prices remaining the same as the iPhone 5s.

Previous rumors suggest that the new Apple Watch might not arrive until the fall which is why Apple is only expected to unveil new band options at the March event. Perhaps the company might even say something about its much rumored online TV streaming service as well.
