iphone5seRumor has it that Apple has a 4-inch iPhone that they are working on called the iPhone 5se. Right now the design of the device is really anyone’s guess, with some claiming that it could look like a smaller iPhone 6, while others claim that Apple will be sticking to the design of the iPhone 5 from back in 2013.

Turns out the latter rumor might be gaining more traction. According to the folks at 9to5Mac, they have received drawings of the iPhone 5se from a case maker source that shows off the phone’s alleged design. Do note that case makers sometimes build their products based on speculation as they try to get their devices out in the market ASAP and ahead of the competition.

What this means is that sometimes they might be wrong. That being said, the drawing above shows off the iPhone 5se and the device does look pretty familiar and similar to the iPhone 5. The edges are flatter and sharper and are not cured unlike the iPhone 6. Apparently the device will be so similar to the iPhone 5s in dimensions that it is possible you could reuse existing cases.

However there are some changes, namely how the sleep/wake button has been relocated to the right side of the phone, but other than that, we can’t see any other major changes in design. If the rumors are to be believed, Apple could announce the new phone at a 14th of March event, so check back with us in the coming weeks for the details.
