If you enjoyed titles like Hitman GO and Lara Croft GO, you might be interested to learn that Square Enix will be giving the “GO” treatment to another one of their franchises, this time it will be Deus Ex which has resulted in Deus Ex GO, a mobile game that Square Enix expects to be launched this summer.

So what is Deus Ex go? Just like the other GO titles, Deus Ex GO will be a puzzle game that is based on the Deus Ex franchise. Its description reads, “Deus Ex GO is a turn-based infiltration puzzle game set in a stylized interpretation of the Deus Ex Universe. As double agent Adam Jensen, you’ll use hacking, combat, and augmentations to solve the most challenging puzzles of the entire GO series. Work alongside your allies in TF29 and the Juggernaut Collective as you infiltrate locations to unravel the conspiracy behind a terrorist plot.”

However unlike the other GO titles, it seems that Square Enix will be taking things up a notch. Deus Ex GO will be a bigger game compared to Hitman and Lara Croft, and for the first time ever, Square Enix will also introduce a level editor so that players will be able to design their own levels, although unfortunately the feature won’t be available at launch.

So far it looks like the company is slowly giving its franchises the GO treatment, so we have to wonder what could be next? Final Fantasy GO, anyone?
