lg_v20_tmobileThe LG V20 was revealed this month, but unfortunately availability was not mentioned at its official reveal. Last we heard, the handset was rumored for a release in the US come 21st of October and while we are waiting on that rumor to be true, T-Mobile themselves have launched a teaser page for the upcoming handset.

The landing page (see screenshot above) shows the handset and the words, “Coming soon”, but no dates are mentioned. Like we said, the rumored date is set for the 21st of October which means that T-Mobile has basically put up a landing page for a phone that is about a month away from being released, but we guess bringing it to the attention of customers early isn’t really a bad thing.

Interestingly enough, the LG V20’s rumored release date in the US is also the same date that Samsung is rumored to resume sales of the Galaxy Note 7 in the US, so if that is true, both LG and Samsung will be going head to head. That being said, Sprint and Verizon have already resumed sales so we’re not sure if that date is accurate, or if we’re talking about general availability such as in stores and via Samsung.com.

In any case we’ll keep our eyes peeled for the LG V20’s availability, so remember to check back with us in the coming weeks/months for the details.
