galaxy-a7-2016
Samsung is expected to launch a refreshed Galaxy A lineup early next year. We’ve been hearing rumors and reports about the upcoming Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, and Galaxy A7 models. The latest brings us expected specifications of the Galaxy A7 (2017) which is going to be the top-of-the-line model in this range once it’s launched early next year.

The entire new Galaxy A lineup is expected to feature a metal and glass build just like its predecessor, the existing Galaxy A lineup. According to a new report, the most expensive model in the 2017 iteration of this series is going to feature a 16 megapixel rear camera as well as IP68 water resistance rating.

It’s claimed that the Galaxy A7 (2017) is going to feature a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED full HD display. This means that the display is going to be slightly bigger than the 5.5 inch one found on the Galaxy A7 (2016). It may be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7870 Octa processor with 3GB of RAM.

The Galaxy A7 (2017) is also said to feature a 16 megapixel front facing camera with f/1.9 aperture. This means that it’s going to be one heck of a selfie phone. The IP68 water resistance rating, same as the one on the Galaxy S7, is said to be present on the Galaxy A7 (2017) as well.

It’s unclear right now whether the new Galaxy A series is going to run Marshmallow or Nougat out of the box, we’ll only get to know that for sure when the handsets are officially announced in the coming months.
