switch-accessoryThere have been reports that suggest that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild might skip its launch in March. However other reports have suggested that maybe the March launch is still on the cards. The latter report appears to be gaining traction and credibility, thanks to alleged leaked documents for the official Nintendo Switch accessories.

These documents were leaked by @DroidXAce on Twitter (via NeoGAF; via Attack of the Fanboy) and according to the documents, one of them is for a skin for the Switch that is themed around Breath of the Wild. According to the document, it has been suggested that the skin will be released come March 2017, which seems to line up with earlier rumors that the game could be released in March alongside the Switch console.

As Attack of the Fanboy notes, this particular accessory listing is mentioned in USD while the rest appear to be using Euro. This has led to speculation that maybe Breath of the Wild could be released in the US in March while other markets might expect a delay. We’re not sure why that might be the case, but previously it was rumored that localization was one of the reasons for the delay.

In any case take it with a grain of salt, but Nintendo will be hosting a presentation tomorrow for the Switch. This presentation should provide us with additional details about the console, like specs, features, and hopefully pricing as well as the games that will be launched for it.
