Stardew Valley is an indie game that has gotten a lot acclaim. It was originally launched on the PC, but it eventually found its way onto consoles as well as other computer operating systems such as Linux and Mac. However the game’s availability has been pretty much digital ever since its inception, but if you love collecting physical copies, you’re in luck.

In an announcement by Chucklefish, the publisher of the game, it looks like there will be a physical copy of the game, and it will be the Collector’s Edition. “Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with 505 Games and ConcernedApe to bring Stardew Valley to retail with a physical Collector’s Edition for Xbox One and PlayStation 4! Stardew Valley Collector’s Edition will hit store shelves on April 11th (US) and April 13th (EU).”

So what’s inside the Collector’s Edition? For starters the game, obviously. There will also be a mini-guidebook which is a miniature version of Karl Fry’s Stardew Valley Guidebook. There will also be a physical copy of the Pelican Town Map, and the Stardew Valley OST. All of this is expected to set gamers back $29.99.

Unfortunately it seems that the physical Collector’s Edition of the game will only be available for the Xbox One and PS4, so for PC, Mac, or Linux gamers, we guess you guys are out of luck, although you could still buy it anyway for the other goodies bundled with it.
