As per Samsung’s announcement and also confirmed by various carriers, the Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be released on the 21st of April. However the good news is that if you’re a T-Mobile customer and you pre-ordered the handset for yourself, you’ll be pleased to learn that you might be getting it earlier than expected.

According to reports, it seems that some T-Mobile customers have been getting messages from the carrier that informs them that their handsets will be shipping out on the 19th of April, a good 2 days ahead of its official release. We’re not sure if all pre-orders will be going out this early, or if only those who pre-ordered really early on qualify for this early shipping.

Either way if you haven’t received the message from T-Mobile then we guess it’s safe to say that you can expect your order to arrive on the 21st of April just like everyone else’s. That being said, we should remind you guys that Samsung has recently confirmed that Bixby Voice will not be launched alongside the Galaxy S8.

All of Bixby’s other features are expected to be part of it, but the part that we guess most users are looking forward to testing won’t. It is expected to eventually find its way to the Galaxy S8 later this spring, but no specific dates have been mentioned.
