One of the features that sets Tidal apart from the other music streaming services is that they offer a hi-fidelity tier, which Tidal claims will offer higher quality music streaming. However it is also priced higher than the regular tier, making it more for audiophiles who might be able to appreciate and tell the difference in quality.

That being said if you’ve always been curious about that particular tier, or just Tidal’s service in general, you might be interested to learn that the company has announced that they will be giving away free 12 days worth of streaming. This will be kicking off on the 25th of December, presumably in celebration of Christmas. It will run for 12 days and will give users access to all the tiers, and the best part is that you don’t even need a credit card to sign up for it.

All you will need is an email address and you will be able to access all of Tidal’s services through the web, desktop app, or mobile app, depending on your preference. There will also be tickets to concerts that will be given away, live streams of concerts, and also a bunch of exclusive content that will be released throughout those 12 days. So if this sounds like something you might be interested in, mark the date down on your calendar.
