Pandora, a popular online music streaming service, has announced today that it’s bringing its on-demand music streaming tier called Pandora Premium to the web. This is the first time that Pandora is bringing features that were previously available only through mobile apps to the web. Pandora Premium for the web has been launched nearly a year after the $10 per month tier was launched for iOS and Android users.

Pandora says that Premium on the web has been one of the most frequently requested features by its users so it’s giving them what they want. With this web-based version, Pandora can now deliver a new user experience that combines its radio function with the ability to let users search and play any song they want on-demand.

All of the features that Pandora Premium users have become used to on the mobile apps will be available for users on the web so they won’t have a hard time getting used to the web interface. This also includes search results based on their listening history and a recommendation feature for playlists.

Users can also search for songs to add to their playlist page and Pandora Premium on the web will provide them with recommendations based on the songs they have already included. Those who haven’t subscribed to this tier yet can do so for $10 per month.
