Back in 2015, Studio MDHR announced their upcoming indie title Cuphead. The game took a while to be released and was only made available late last year. The good news for those who managed to complete the game, you’ll be pleased to learn that during E3 2018, a new DLC has been announced for the game dubbed “The Delicious Last Course”.

Unfortunately gamers who are looking forward to getting their hands on the DLC will have to wait until 2019 which is when it is expected to be released. According to the description, “In Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course, Cuphead and Mugman are joined by Ms. Chalice for a DLC add-on adventure on a brand new island! With new weapons, new charms, and Ms. Chalice’s brand new abilities, take on a new cast of multi-faceted, screen-filling bosses to assist Chef Saltbaker in Cuphead’s final challenging quest.”

As for those who might be hoping that Cuphead would be announced for other platforms like the PS4 or the Nintendo Switch, unfortunately as far as consoles are concerned, Cuphead will continue being an Xbox One exclusive, although if you own a Windows-based PC you will be able to check it out. It is unclear if this will be a permanent exclusive like the Halo franchise or God of War, but either way maybe you shouldn’t get your hopes up just yet.
