Just like Marshall, Fender is a brand that many musicians are familiar with when it comes to musical instruments as well as being a company that makes guitar/bass amplifiers. Also just like Marshall, Fender has also gotten into the consumer speaker business and have recently unveiled their latest offering.

Dubbed the Fender Tweed Monterey Bluetooth speaker, this is as the name implies, a Bluetooth speaker. It has been shaped and designed to look like one of Fender’s amplifiers so if you can appreciate such a look, then it could be worth checking out. The speaker will feature two woofers and two tweeters capable of putting out 120 watts.

There is support for aptX and AAC Bluetooth, but there are also other connectivity options such as a 3.5mm audio jack or standard RCA inputs if that’s what you prefer. The speakers are also pretty heavy as they weigh around 15 pounds, meaning that unlike other Bluetooth speakers, these weren’t really designed to be carried around, although you can, just that it might get pretty tiring.

As for pricing, the Fender speakers do not come cheap. They are priced at a whopping $350 so clearly this is an investment. It will be available in three different finishes, so head on over to Amazon if you’d like to get your hands on one.
