Uber users will soon be able to use another payment method to pay for their rides. PayPal has confirmed that it will enable Uber riders to pay with their Venmo balance. This will let them settle the bill for their rides with the money that’s in their Venmo accounts. Uber is going to officially launch this “Pay with Venmo” in the near future.

PayPal, which owns Venmo, has confirmed that Uber will be adding the “Pay with Venmo” option soon. Uber riders will then be able to quickly pay for their rides with this payment method.

This isn’t the first time that PayPal is bringing Venmo as a payment option to online services. It’s already integrated with GrubHub and Seamless, two popular food delivery services, for faster checkout at countless retailers.

The company has confirmed that the Pay with Venmo option is going to be available for both Uber and Uber Eats, which means that not only will users be able to pay for their rides, but they will also be able to pay for food that they get delivered via Uber Eats with their Venmo balance.

This new feature will be going live for Uber users in the United States soon.
