Events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday do a good job of discounting items, thus making certain gadgets and devices more appealing to customers who might have thought that they were too expensive previously. It looks like Nintendo might have capitalized on that because according to Adobe Analytics, the Switch was the best-selling console for Cyber Monday.

According to the data, the Nintendo Switch was the only gaming device that made the top five items sold during Cyber Monday. The most popular item sold was Fingerlings and L.O.L Surprise which are toys marketed towards children. The Switch took the third spot, followed by laptops from Dell and Apple in fourth place, while LG TVs took the fifth spot.

Unfortunately there was no mention of how much sales the Switch managed to generate during Cyber Monday or how many units were sold, but we imagine that it probably sold a lot to make it to the top five list. That being said, Nintendo seems to be enjoying quite a bit of sales during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

It has been pointed out that both Pokemon: Let’s Go editions were the fourth best-selling product during Black Friday. So far the Nintendo Switch has been enjoying massive success and has since surpassed the number of Wii Us sold in its lifetime. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is expected to be released in the next couple of weeks and we imagine that the game will probably help spur additional sales for the holiday season.
