One of the perks of working from home is that it typically affords you a larger working space where depending on your needs and preferences, could let you have a dual or triple monitor setup. Unfortunately working on the go doesn’t really present users with that kind of opportunity, or at least until now.

Lenovo has recently taken the wraps off a new external monitor in the form of the Lenovo ThinkVision M14. Unlike other monitors, the ThinkVision M14 is clearly designed to be used on the go and has been created for portability thanks to its 14-inch form factor. It features USB-C connectivity which means that users won’t need to contend with HDMI cables or find an additional power source as it could be used to charge your laptop at the same time.

The display will sport a Full HD resolution so nothing too fancy on that front, and also has a brightness of 300 nits. It weighs around 595 grams which while not the lightest object in the world, still makes it somewhat portable if you absolutely need to be traveling with a dual screen setup.

The Lenovo ThinkVision M14 is not the first portable monitor we’ve seen designed for mobility, but it’s an extra option for those shopping about for such a device. It is priced at $249 and is expected to be released this summer.
