In the next couple of weeks, OnePlus is expected to launch their new OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro smartphones. The latter of which has got us pretty excited because it will be the first OnePlus smartphone to sport a triple camera setup. Now in a series of photos shared on Twitter, OnePlus has teased the phone’s camera capabilities.

In the photos shared on Twitter, it seems to show photos taken by each of the individual lenses on the back of the phone. One is the wide-angle lens, which we have to admit is rather wide and makes it perfect for landscapes, the other is the “normal” lens, and the third is the zoom lens that many OnePlus users have been asking for.

From what we can tell, the photos appear to be unedited and are straight out of camera. What we are impressed with the most is the zoom photo which seems to have managed to retain a fair amount of detail. Whether or not it will be able to match handsets like the Huawei P30 Pro remains to be seen, but it definitely shows that OnePlus is stepping up their efforts, but we’ll have to test it for ourselves to find out, so stay tuned for our review!

The OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro are expected to be officially announced on the 14th of May so be sure to check back with us then if you’d like all the official details.
