During WWDC 2019, Apple announced a bunch of new software updates for its products. This included iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, and macOS. So far, the updates have arrived for all of Apple’s devices except for their Mac computers, but according to Apple’s website, it seems that they are hinting that the update could be coming as soon as next week.

Initially spotted by the folks at MacRumors, the Danish Apple website has hinted that the macOS Catalina update could arrive on the 4th of October. Why is this, you ask? This is because the website teases the release of Apple Arcade for macOS would be available on the 4th of October (the reference has since been removed).

Since Apple Arcade for the Mac is a feature part of the macOS Catalina update, this seems to imply that the update will be released next week. Apple has yet to officially confirm the game’s release so it’s probably a good idea not to get your hopes up just yet. Apple had previously confirmed a fall release date, so we guess this does seem to be in line with that timeframe.

Either way, next week is coming soon so we should have more details, so do check back with us on the 4th of October to see if the update has indeed been released.
