When we think of camera brands, we might think of brands like, Sony, Nikon, and Canon. However, there are other brands that might not be as mainstream but are beloved by many professionals. This includes the likes of Hasselblad who are known for their very expensive, but extremely amazing, cameras.

That being said, it seems that OnePlus could have formed some kind of partnership with them because in a video uploaded by Dave2D, he managed to get his hands on what appears to be photos of the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro. What’s interesting about these photos is that the camera seems to have the Hasselblad branding on the back of it.

This suggests that there is some kind of involvement of Hasselblad with OnePlus, but to what extent we are unclear. This isn’t the first time we’re seeing a high-end camera brand work with a phone. In the past, Huawei and Leica had a similar partnership. It is possible that Hasselblad’s involvement could simply be on a consultation level.

We highly doubt that Hasselblad managed to take some of their own technology and squeeze it into a phone exclusive to OnePlus, or did they? Either way, we’ll have to wait and see, but it is pretty exciting and hopefully the results will be able to speak for themselves.
