It is largely expected that in the coming weeks, OnePlus will be launching their new flagship phones for 2021 in the form of the OnePlus 9 series. The series will most likely include the regular OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro, but apparently for this year, that will be a bit different, according to tipster Ishan Agarwal who shared the information with 91mobiles.

According to Agarwal, OnePlus will not only launch the two phones, but apparently there will be a third model called the OnePlus 9R, and also the company will be launching their first ever smartwatch. OnePlus had previously confirmed that a smartwatch was in the making, so that shouldn’t come as a surprise, but the OnePlus 9R is.

The handset will apparently be a budget version of the OnePlus 9 and will come with a 6.5-inch 90Hz display and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 chipset. It will also feature 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 64MP main camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

We’re not sure when these devices will be announced, but they are tipped for March 2021 so we should have the official details soon enough.
