The best part is that the Vappeby is also water-resistant with an IP65 rating, meaning that it should be fine getting a little moist, but definitely do not go swimming with it. The lamp part of the device features the use of an LED bulb that has two light modes in it, so it should also last you quite a bit.
The speakers offer 360 degree sound and IKEA has even built-in support for Spotify Tap functionality, allowing Spotify users to resume playback with a single tap. Obviously those subscribed to other services like YouTube Music or Apple Music or Tidal won’t get to use this feature, but if you’re a Spotify subscriber it might actually be pretty cool.
