Anker and Eufy have officially introduced during IFA 2026 the Anker MindBase, a centralized home hub engineered around local processing, privacy-focused security, and interconnected smart living without recurring subscription fees. Marketed under the tagline “The Mind Within Your Home,” the unit functions simultaneously as an edge AI station, an automated smart bridge, and a private local storage vault.

At the core of the hardware is the Anker TrueSmart Agent, powered by a dedicated on-device AI chip that handles real-time recognition without relaying data through external clouds. The processor analyzes facial identity, body posture, behavioral patterns, vehicles, pets, and strangers directly on site. Through natural language querying and smart file clustering, the Anker EverSafe Memory architecture aggregates household videos, photos, and surveillance footage into searchable timelines, automatically creating custom event summaries and security highlight reels on request.
Serving as a universal ecosystem bridge, the device incorporates Anker EasyOmni Link to unite both Anker accessories and third-party smart equipment under a single operational environment. The platform functions as a certified Matter 1.5 Controller with direct third-party device onboarding while supporting Apple HomeKit (HKSV), Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Home Assistant.

The hardware configuration is backed by 64 GB eMMC internal memory and a dual-bay bay system capable of hosting 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SATA hard drives for extensive local storage. Connectivity options are broad, featuring dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth / BLE, Thread, and Zigbee wireless protocols, accompanied by two Gigabit Ethernet ports and three USB 3.0 ports.
The hub manages expansive system networks, supporting up to 20 total camera channels—composed of 16 wireless streams and 4 wired channels via an external PoE switch—as well as up to 64 sensor channels. For physical deterrents, it includes an integrated speaker and a red and blue alternating flash intrusion alarm light. By maintaining all compute and storage locally, MindBase provides low-latency automation and dependable offline security.
For now, official prices have not been shared yet, and we also learned that the product will be offered in bundle options too, including a security kit with cameras and sensors.
