AT&T will not steal the thunder from Sprint early June, since the latter will be rolling out the EVO 4G a couple of days earlier compared to four new phones from AT&T on June 6th in the form of the Palm Pixi Plus, the LG Vu Plus, the Samsung Rugby II and the Pantech Pursuit, where they will retail for $50, $150, $130 and $50, respectively, albeit on the standard 2-year new contract agreement. Interesting tidbit of phone news if you are about to shop for a spanking new basic handset, but if you’re looking for a powerful smartphone, there is no need to get excited about June 6th.
