Lian Li remains true to its roots by unveiling its latest PC-A05FN all-aluminum computer chassis that will come in silver or black shades. The PSU mount has been positioned behind the front-panel at the base of the case, where it is located directly below the hard drive cage. This unique design characteristic will be accompanied by a reversal of Lian Li’s traditional front-to-back cooling scheme so that it can achieve a higher heat-dissipation within the PC-A05FN – all the while resulting in a smaller chassis size to boot.

Right at the top of the back-panel, there is a 120mm intake fan that will pull cool air into the chassis, while expelling hot air with the help of a front-panel. The 120mm exhaust fan that is positioned directly in front of the HDD cage will send air to escape via vents along the side edges of the front-panel. As for those who prefer to see an increase in airflow, Lian Li has also thrown in a 140mm top-panel fan mount – you will need to get your own fan though.

Other hardware specifications include room for a trio of 3.5” and two 2.5” HDDs, eight tool-less PCI brackets on the back-panel, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboard friednly, one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, and HD Audio ports. PC modding enthusiasts would fine this to be a reasonable buy at $119.
