Galaxy Tab 10.1Both Apple and Samsung are expected to enter settlement talks on the 21st and 22nd of May, but until then it looks like the lawsuit is still ongoing. Thanks to the US appeals court, it looks like Apple has been given the green light to seek an injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, which if the Cupertino company decides to pursue could see the Android tablet being banned from selling in US stores. However given that both companies are expected to enter settlement talks, seeking the ban of the competitor’s product would give the impression that Apple has no interest in settling the year-long legal battle. Given Apple’s stance on settling especially with the recent trademark dispute over the iPad moniker with Proview, it would not be a stretch of the imagination if Apple did not decided to enforce the injunction. What do you guys think? Will Apple push to enforce the injunction or will this legal battle between Apple and Samsung end amicably?
