We are barely a month into the new year and already rumors are circulating about the devices that we’ll get to see in 2015. OnePlus was the surprising breakout star of 2014. Last year it launched its first smartphone ever, the OnePlus One, which the company touted as the “flagship killer.” For the specs that it offered the price was very competitive which is one of the reason why people wanted to buy one. What does OnePlus have in store for 2015? Well there are plenty of rumors about that.

Yet another rumor has surfaced online claiming to provide information on OnePlus Two specifications. The official details remain a mystery right now but the company itself has said that its upcoming smartphone is going to “surprise people.”

According to the sources in this new rumor the OnePlus Two will have the same 5.5-inch display as its predecessor but it will be bumped to Quad HD, commonly known as 2K. Under the 2K display Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 processor is said to reside with 4GB of RAM.

The battery capacity is said to be 3,300mAh which would be a slight increase over the 3,100mAh unit found in OnePlus One. Android 5.0 Lollipop might come preinstalled on the smartphone.

There have been rumors about a smaller smartphone from OnePlus as well, and while the company hasn’t said anything about such a device, it wouldn’t surprise anyone if one did come out because OnePlus Two is expected to get a bump in price, that would leave the smaller smartphone to cater to the low-end with a very competitive price tag.
